Service Description
You may be able to claim a medicare rebate for your appointment if you have a chronic medical condition that is being managed by your GP. A chronic medical condition is one that has been present for 6 months or longer, for example Asthma, Arthritis, Stroke, Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease and other Musculoskeletal conditions. Eligible clients can receive up to 5 allied health appointments in a calendar year. If you are unsure of your eligibility please contact your GP for more information.
